The staff is very friendly; the other people camping are also very friendly!! They have 2 clean pools and planned activities for EVERYONE. I have been camping for 25 years and this is by far the best campground I have been to.
We stayed at Tip Tam for a month while we were working in the area. This is a really nice place and I'm so glad we found it! The owners run a tight ship and consequently there were none of the problems we've run into at other resorts. The amenities are great--gorgeous pool, activities, nice laundry and clean restrooms/showers.
